These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Orivon mobile application (the "App") provided by Inndea Technologies ("Inndea," "we," "us").

By downloading or using Orivon, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding agreement under applicable law to use the App.

2. License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Orivon for personal or internal productivity purposes.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful or harmful activity
• Interfere with the App's operation or security
• Reverse engineer the App except where permitted by law
• Misuse feedback or support channels

4. User Content and Data Responsibility

Orivon is a local-first application, and your data (such as tasks, notes, reminders, and profile information) is stored on your device.

• Orivon does not require account creation or user registration
• You are responsible for the content you create and manage in the App
• You are responsible for maintaining backups if needed
• Your in-app data is not transmitted to, stored by, or accessible to Inndea Technologies
• We do not guarantee that data will not be lost due to device issues, operating system behavior, or other factors outside our control

5. Privacy

Your use of Orivon is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

6. Third-Party Services

The App may rely on platform-level or external services (for example, Apple or Google notification systems, speech recognition features, or your email application for feedback).

These services operate independently and are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Orivon does not use third-party SDKs, analytics tools, or identifiers for tracking purposes. Feedback you choose to send is transmitted through your email provider and is not collected or stored by the App itself.

7. Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part of it) at any time without notice.

We may also update these Terms. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Orivon is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We do not guarantee that:

• The App will operate without interruption or error
• Reminders or notifications will always be delivered on time
• Data will be preserved without loss

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inndea will not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of data, tasks, reminders, or content
• Loss of profits, productivity, or goodwill

arising from or related to your use of the App.

10. Future Features

Future versions of Orivon may include features such as cloud synchronization, collaboration, or AI-assisted functionality.

Any such features will be optional and may be subject to additional terms.

11. AI Disclaimer (Forward-Looking)

If AI-assisted features are introduced in the future:

• Any suggestions, plans, or recommendations are provided for informational purposes only
• You remain responsible for decisions and actions taken based on such outputs

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

You may stop using the App at any time by discontinuing use or uninstalling it.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
