This Privacy Policy describes how Inndea Technologies ("Inndea," "we," "us") handles information when you use the Orivon mobile application (the "App").

1. Scope

This Policy applies to the Orivon app on iOS and Android.

2. Core Privacy Model

This version of Orivon is designed as a local-first application.

Your tasks, notes, reminders, and profile data are stored only on your device (for example, using local storage such as SQLite or files). This information is not transmitted to or stored on Inndea servers in version 1.0.0.

Orivon does not require account creation or user registration.

3. Information You Provide

Depending on how you use Orivon, you may create and store:

• Task and note content
• Reminder details and due dates
• Optional profile information (such as name, phone number, email, or profile image)

All such information remains on your device, is not transmitted, and is not accessible to Inndea Technologies.

If you choose to send feedback:

• You may enter details such as category, subject, message, and optional reply email
• Any information you choose to send is transmitted through your email provider

While the App itself does not collect or store this information, messages you send may be received and retained by Inndea Technologies or your email service provider.

4. Device Permissions

Orivon may request the following permissions:

• Notifications - to deliver local reminders at times you choose
• Microphone / Speech Recognition - to convert speech to text when you use voice input
• Photo Library / Media Access - to allow you to select and store a profile image within the App. Orivon does not access, scan, or process your photo library beyond this user-initiated selection.

You can deny or revoke these permissions at any time through your device settings.

5. Voice-to-Text Processing

When you use voice input:

• Speech processing is performed by your device's operating system (for example, Apple or Android speech recognition services)
• Orivon does not store, record, retain, or transmit audio data
• Any processing is governed by your device provider's privacy policies

6. How Data Is Used

All information is used locally on your device to provide app functionality, including:

• Creating and organizing tasks and notes
• Scheduling reminders
• Storing your app preferences (such as theme and notification settings)

To provide reminder functionality, Orivon may supply task titles, dates, or related information to your device’s notification system for scheduling and delivery of local notifications.

7. Data Sharing and Tracking

• Orivon does not sell or share personal information
• Orivon does not use third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.

Because the App is local-first:

• We do not operate a backend service for your content
• We do not receive your in-app data

However, certain features rely on your device's operating system or external apps (for example, notifications, speech recognition, or your email app). These services may process data independently according to their own policies.

8. Data Retention and Deletion

• Your data remains on your device until you edit or delete it
• You can remove tasks, notes, reminders, profile information, and any associated images directly within the App
• Uninstalling the App typically removes locally stored data, subject to your device's backup and restore settings

9. Security

This version of Orivon follows a local-first design, meaning your data is stored on your device rather than on remote servers.

Data stored by the App is protected by your device’s operating system security features, such as application sandboxing, device encryption, and access controls.

Any information you choose to send outside the App (for example, via your email application) is handled by the respective service provider and subject to their security practices.

10. Children's Privacy

Orivon is not directed to children under 13. The App does not include features that knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. International Users

Orivon is intended for users in the United States. However, if system-level services (such as notifications or speech recognition) process information, that processing is handled by the relevant platform provider according to their own policies.

12. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information.

Because your data is stored locally:

• You can directly manage, edit, or delete it within the App

We may update this Policy from time to time. Updates will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
